Midfielder, born Walsall, joined Oxford on a one-month loan from West Bromwich Albion on 13/02/15, extended to the end of the season. Signed a permanent deal with United in the summer of 2015 after rejecting a contract offer from WBA. Won the 2015/16 League 2 Player of the Year award and was also selected for the 2015/16 Football League Team of the Year. In addition, he was United's joint Players' Player of the Year for 2015/16 and his goal at Brentford in the League Cup won the Oxford United Goal of the Season for 2015/16. Sold to Leeds United on 7 July 2016 for an undisclosed club record fee, thought to be in the region of £3 million.
