Liverpudlian full back, born in Dingle. After retiring, Fogg joined the Oxford coaching staff, managing the reserves side for a while. He went on to become Youth Team coach at Everton before leaving after the resignation of manager Kevin Ratcliffe. He moved on to Chester City, where he was instrumental in setting up their youth system, before joining Shrewsbury Town as assistant manager in controversial circumstances, the Shrews being found guilty of making an illegal approach for Fogg.
