Woody stays on

Goalie Andy Woodman has had his loan spell extended until the end of the season following his excellent display against Hull on Saturday. Woodman was due to return to Colchester after this weekend, but Ian Atkins has negotiated for an extension to keep him at Oxford for the next six games, which is nice (but not for Ian McCaldon or Richard Knight, of course).

On the nod

The East Oxford planning committee meeting this evening nodded through the condition that United has to provide the supporters with a Social Club before work can commence on the sports injuries clinic in the East Stand. Also nodded through was permission to stage car boot sales in the stadium car park on Sundays. Firoz Kassam was in attendance.
