United will make at least one change from the side that started against Kidderminster, due to Paul McCarthy's two-match suspension starting for ten bookings following his yellow card at Lincoln. The likeliest result is that Dave Waterman will drop back to resume his position in the back three with either James Hunt or Dean Whitehead taking over the midfield spot. Ian Atkins has been making noises about playing 4-4-2, but no-one really believes him. Up front Dominic Foley and Andy Scott are likely to start together again, but Manny and possibly David Oldfield could both come off the bench at some stage.
Exeter will be without former United captain Martin Thomas, which is good news for the home side, and will probably feature former Oxford target James Coppinger up front alongside ex Barnet and Wycombe striker Sean Devine. United traditionally don't do so well against the poorer sides and, despite being boosted by a decent away following, tomorrow is likely to be no exception. It is only Exeter's unredeemed crapness that leads us to an optimistic prediction of 1-1.
