The Call Up

United striker Phil Gray has been called up to the Northern Ireland squad for their forthcoming World Cup qualifiers against the Czech Republic in Ballymena on March 23rd and against Bulgaria in Sofia on March 27th. This means he will miss United's games at home to Rotherham and away at Cambridge United. Normally this would be considered a blow, but as United's season is already over it probably doesn't really matter. Perhaps this will give Manny Omoyinmi his chance to shine alongside Andy Scott?
