It would seem that Joey and OUFC have finally resolved their differences and come to an agreement for Joey to be paid off. The deal, brokered by the Professional Footballers Association (PFA), includes provision for a testimonial for the Rage Online readers Player of the 90s, although at this stage Joey has yet to line up any players or teams to play against. As well as pleasing Joey and, we hope, Firoz Kassam, this news will be welcome to all United supporters, for whom the club's treatment of one of their favourite players has been leaving a bad taste in their collective mouths.

Saturday's game against Lincoln City takes on a new importance following the postponement of last weekend's fixture at Kidderminster. It has been announced that the referee will be Clive Penton, whom United supporters will remember fondly as the man who sent off Dave Waterman at Bournemouth earlier this season.
