Reserves win again

United's second string did something that the first team seem unable to achieve. They not only scored a goal but then went on to win at Colchester this afternoon. United's goal came in the second half from a Jorden Holder penalty after Sam Ricketts was brought down. The bad news is that ROS Rob Folland had to go off with a groin strain with half an hour remaining. United gave a debut to 19 year old French triallist Julien Zenguinan in central defence and his compatriot Norman Sylla was also in the starting line-up.

QPR tonight beat swindon 4-0, with former United striker Andy Thomson scoring the final goal of the rout in the final minute. Good lad!
