As the second-half kicked-off, Fever became aware of the wind that Preston had been so keen to mention in the first half and struggled to clear their lines on several occasions. With the ball holding up in the wind, Paul Soper did well to deal with through-balls that could have caused all sorts of problems without such swift action.
