Oxford United have announced the loan signing of Sheffield United striker Danny Philliskirk. The 20 year-old forward joins United on a one-month loan following an injury sustained to on-loan Bury winger Andy Haworth.

Philliskirk first joined the Us on loan from Chelsea in 2010, making his debut away to Burton Albion on the first day of the Football League season. Since then Danny has signed for Sheffield United, joining in the summer transfer window after being released.
