Minchery update

One of our roving reporters tells us that the seats are now installed in the lower tier of the South Stand at the new stadium, and the floodlights have also been rigged up in the roof of the main stand. Most of the car parking areas have now been cleared and levelled and are ready for tarmacing.

Unfortunately there are still some problems with the brickwork. Apparently a shortage of bricklayers could cause a delay, although this may just be the contractors being cautious. We shall see…
