McCaldon goes to Chester

United's second string goalkeeper has joined his defensive colleagues Phil Bolland, Scott Guyett and Wayne Hatswell up at Chester. His former manager Mark Wright has signed Eagle on a one month loan to cover for regular 'keeper Wayne Brown who is serving a three match ban for being sent off against Burton Albion. McCaldon has not been getting a look in at United with Andy Woodman in such fine form and this will give him a taste of first team football, albeit at Conference level. Under-19 goalie Simon Cox will act as cover throughout October. One wonders how many more former United players Wright is going to bring to the Deva?
