Josh was a stylish young midfielder who came up through the United youth team ranks. Prior to that, he spent time at Millwall and Spurs, and it was after the latter opted not to sign him that he went for a trial at Oxford who, impressed with what they saw, offered him a contract. Kennet also made a few appearances for London Maccabi Lions in the MSFL. He made his debut on New Year`s Day 2007, away to Exeter. Unfortunately, he was released at the end of that season, and left to play for Maccabi Herzliya in Israel.
