LSD tripping at Barnet

Oxford United winger/attacking midfielder/free-spirit, Sam Deering, has joined fellow Division Four side Barnet on loan. With the arrival of Simon Hackney on the left-wing and the emergence of Alfie Potter on the right-wing, Deering has found his opportunities limited and will be playing at Underhill for the remainder of the season.

The 19-year-old has had a rather strange time at United since breaking through the youth-team. Early performances suggested that the diminutive forward was destined for greater things, often dragging his more experienced team-mates through games under Darren Patterson
