It would appear that Nick Pentith's request for a Judicial Review is going before a judge tomorrow, not Tuesday. Fingers crossed. It should be remembered that Pentith's action is not against the football club, but is aimed rather at the City Council and the Government Office of the South East. Indeed Pentith was ignorant of the implications to the club of his actions until a FOUL committee member spoke to him on Thursday, after news of his actions broke. Apparently Firoz Kassam was due to speak with Pentith last Friday to try and seek a mutually satisfactory solution.
