Holy Moly, it’s Peter Foley!

Former United scoring sensation Peter Foley has a new job as assistant manager at Hellenic League premier division side Brackley Town. Foley has been manager at Marlow and Oxford City before, but now he’s number two to another former United man, Terry Muckleberg.

Keen on Stein

Joining Luton and Swansea in the chase for Mark Stein’s signature is Barry Fry. Peterborough’s fat plastic cockney is apparently very impressed with the 34 year old ex-Oxford striker who might well make his Posh debut at the Manor on August 12th.

No such thing as bad publicity?

An article in today’s Observer claims that conditions for asylum seekers at Firoz Kassam’s London Park Hotel are appalling, with thefts commonplace and boredom a big problem. Kassam denies the allegation that the place resembles a prison, and Southwark Council support him.
