Oxford United have signed West Ham United forward Christian Montano on a one-month youth loan deal. The 20-year old pacy youngster has already enjoyed loan spells at Swindon Town, Dagenham & Redbridge and Notts County, scoring eight goals in 18 Football League starts for these clubs.
