George Dugdale

Malcolm Crosby will leave Oxford United at the end of his contract after a year at the club.

Having previously been caretaker manager and coach at the club, Crosby returned in May 2011 to fulfil a scouting role. His influence was clear in the signings of Liam Davis, Jonathan Franks and Connor Ripley from former clubs Northampton Town and Middlesbrough.
