Oxford United goalkeeper Ryan Clarke has been shortlisted for the Sky Bet League Two Player of the Month award for January.
The 31-year-old shot-stopper, who penned a new three-year deal at the club last week, didn’t concede a single goal during the Us four league fixtures last month.
Clarke faces competition from Bristol Rovers’ John-Joe O’Toole, Chesterfield midfielder winger Gary Roberts and Sam Parkin of Fleetwood Town.
The last Yellows winner to take the top honour was club captain Jake Wright at the very start of the season, collecting the Player of the Month award back in August after United’s sensational unbeaten start to the campaign.
The winner will be announced on Friday, the day before Oxford travel to Bristol Rovers in Division Four.
