Monk returns to the Dell Southampton have recalled on-loan defender Garry Monk, just a week after agreeing to extend his loan for a further month. United went down 3-1 at Bury this afternoon as Chris Hackett became the first United player to receive a red card this season, given for violent conduct a couple of minutes after Oxford had gone 1-0 down from a Jon Newby strike. Kinnear mad as a Hatter? Joe Kinnear, who quit United just two days ago citing his health and family reasons, is now being strongly tipped to become Luton's new Director of Football.
