United have been drawn away to Colchester United in the first round of the FA Cup. The game is due to be played on Saturday 8th November. The goal came from a penalty conceded by Jon Ashton, who needlessly brought down Rodney Jack after the Rushden striker had outpaced Ashton and Crosby.
