Wycombe 2 Raging Fever 9

Raging Fever met the Wanderers of Wycombe on Saturday morning for the inaugural fixture between these two sides. The home side unfortunately were struggling for numbers until half time and so a 9-a-side game ensued for the first half, until the remnants of their side turned up.

Fever were in the ascendancy early on and took a deserved lead after 15 minutes, when Nick Wehmeier shot home from close range. The lead was doubled after good work from Steve Fuller set up John Matthews to strike home, again from close range.
