Adi maybe?

Adi Viveash today returned to Reading following the expiry of his one month loan deal. Viveash is still in discussions with both Reading and Oxford to try and sort out his future, but the ball is firmly in Oxford's court. Viveash himself has said that he has an open mind about what will happen but that he enjoyed his time at Oxford “immensely”. He went on to call United a “nice club well run”, and concluded that “I still feel I have a lot to offer to Oxford or someone else, but they're in pole position because they want me”. Given that his son is currently in the John Radcliffe Hospital (or JR as we parochially call it in Oxfordshire) that has to be a factor in Viveash's final decision.

Hunter hunted, but not by Us

Roy Hunter, formerly of Northampton but who played a couple of games in midfield for United's reserves whilst on trial, has joined Conference outfit Tamworth Town. Another former United triallist, Christer Warren, has been released by Bristol Rovers in order to return nearer to his Bournemouth home to play non-league football. United have made one signing though: according to the Thame Gazette nine year old Daniel West, the son of Thame United assistant manager Mark West, has joined the Us' youth scheme after scoring 180 goals in three years for Thame Boys.
