Fit for a king

United have brought in professional athlete John Regis to give the players some much needed fitness training. Regis, cousin of former player Cyrille, will work with the players to improve their overall fitness levels, although it's not clear for how long he will be involved with the club. Meanwhile there is a strong hint that Barnsley will be prepared to let Keith Brown move to United, judging by the fact that, unlike Wolves with Keith Andrews, Barnsley have no problem with Brown lining up for United against Macclesfield in the FA Cup this Saturday. Wolves have refused permission for Andrews to play in case they require his services later in the tournament. Meanwhile Peter Fear will miss the match against Notts County after picking up his fifth booking of the season in Swansea at the weekend.
