Wolves' caretaker boss John Ward has recalled midfielder Keith Andrews from his loan spell at the Manor, meaning a probably recall for Peter Fear or, less likely, Dean Whitehead for the game at Colchester on Friday. Dave Kemp was particularly disappointed because he had just agreed with Wolves former boss Colin Lee a deal to keep Andrews at the Manor until the end of the season. One player who probably won't be going anywhere for a while is Chris Hackett, who has been offered a five year deal by United. Youth team players Simon King and Jamie Brooks have also been offered long-term deals by the club, which recently lost the services of JP Mills to Southampton.
Meanwhile the Peterborough game has been rescheduled for Tuesday January 30th.
