Brisbane Strikers have emerged as favourites to sign Scott Guyett, who was released from his contract by United yesterday. Guyett and his girlfriend have returned to Oz, presumably hacked off with the English weather, surf, and the lack of prawns on the barbies. Oh, and not getting to play any footy either.

Bradley Allen is now on trial with Peterborough, having failed to impress during his time at Oxford. He was also rejected by Brighton and is starting to get desparate, bearing in mind the number of out of contract players scratching around for a club and the fact that he's 30 years old.
