United take the long trip through the M6 traffic tomorrow to visit Wigan. The game has no meaning whatsoever for the already relegated Oxford team, whilst Wigan are still in with a shout of automatic promotion.

United's right winger Chris Hackett has been ruled out for the rest of the season and there are still fitness worries over Paul Tait, Manny Omoyinmi and Robert Quinn. United will probably start with the same line-up as at Luton with either Dean Whitehead or, more likely, Peter Fear in for Tait. Jamie Brookes is included in the squad.

Bearing in mind the clubs' relative positions United will do well to avoid a humiliation at the JJB Stadium. Rage Online optimistically predicts a 2-0 home win.

Meanwhile Bristol Rovers foolishly lost 2-1 at home to Peterborough last night to leave themselves still six points behind swindon, but now with only two games in hand.
