Ticketing

Post by Snake »

We probably won’t end up with this dilemma as we’ll beat D&ampR the first time around, but would it not be easier if we do end up drawing on Saturday for the club to do cash at the turnstiles for the replay - just this once?

As a season ticket holder I want first refusal on my seat. How would cash on the turnstiles (which has never been done before at Minchery) keep me, as a loyal supporter, happy?

Not D&ampR stub holders but much more likely Aldershot stub holders. The Aldershot game could now easily break into the top 10 all time conference atendances. 7,194 to get into the top 10 and 7,559 for the top 5.

You may well be right Mally, but I still think that the people who went to Dagenham should have preference for Causeway Stadium tickets once the ST holders have taken their allocation.

But if not then let’s hope the club get themselves organised quickly on Monday morning and make it known that if you’re not a Season Ticket holder then you’ll need to come to the Aldershot game to have a chance (nothing guaranteed mind) of getting hold of an FA Cup ticket, as that will help to bump up the gate for Saturday. Well, Wycombe will be our ‘Cup Final’ to date and it will be a change to go to a place that is not, err, like a non-league ground!

I’d imagine we’ll be allocated only 2026 seats (which is the capacity of their away end) leaving Wycombe to try to sell the other 7974 to their own fans.

Boris, what is it with the recorded time of postings on these boards please? They used to show the time as being one hour later than the actual contributions but now the clocks have gone back it’s two hours.
