Weddings on a football day? who on earth would fall for something like that.
Errrrm! me. 2 weddings and the birth of my son all fell on home games. D'oh
Cripes - checking further has slightly freaked me out. My first wedding, the birth of my son and the day before the death of my son were all home games and - wait for it - they were all against Brentford.

A mate of mine got married on the same day as the Oxford-Peterborough game that we needed to win to get promotion! Listening to it all happen on a concealed radio was just not the same as being there.

It's my 50th birthday this year (I know it's hard to believe -- that I'm not already 50) on 3rd May so I thought it would be a great idea to get a box for me and my football going mates to celebrate at the last home game of the season. Guess what I now find out that a (needless to say) non football fan friend of over 20 years is getting married on that day. What do I do?
