It's not clear to me whether they mean OUFC get a set amount whatever or OUFC will get their cut of the gate receipts if it is greater than the guaranteed payment agreed with West Ham (assuming that waffle makes sense!). I suspect it is the latter assuming it is possible with the reduced prices to beat the guaranteed payment.

I think west ham wanted to do cheap seets and Oxford were worried they weren't going to get the money they expected so have come to an agreement.
