Well, no one else has bothered yet...
Haze 0 Daze 6
Constable 7 (one disallowed)
3456 (2345)
UE: All Hayes fans dress in purple. The purple is in rock. The rock rolls. The rolling allows it to bleed. The blood is a valentine. I've no idea where I'm going with this. All along the watchtower, perhaps?

Everyone who plays scores.

Hay is similar to straw, straw is used for a wicker man, which means that Iron Maiden is played on the PA and Britt Ekland does that dance.

Hayes 26 Straws (clutched at) 24 (Wilder 21 Constable 3)
Att 45 (2)
UE: Wilder's insanely positive outlook on the season leads him to don his boots and show us all how it is done, but he does his hammy clearing the 233rd attempt by Hayes off the line with Oxford 24-1 up. Without him on the pitch the players look lost and befuddled and allow Hayes to grab a late consolation 25 goals.
Seriously, who gives a monkeys until the play-offs.

UE: The Strippers from the local pub feel so sorry for the Oxford fans, after we regale them with stories of our failed season, that they decide to join us on the terraces as cheerleaders and have such a good time they vow to follow us all the way to Wembley.

UE - Basham feeels so sorry for us that he tries to score an own goal for us, but misses
UE2 - tomoufc gets very lost and ends up in Darlington (and is so depressed by our current form, books a hotel room for our visit next season)

Wilder pulls off his mask to reveal himself as Ian Atkins. He selects every centreback in the club and signs three more on emergency loan. Saint Jake of Wright performs several miracles. Creighton plays the second half in goal and is called up by Algeria. He muses, sadly, "he who despairs of the human condition is a coward, but he who has hope for it is a fool

Really tempted not to myself, but hey, at least there is still the
Hat League to win this season.
Them 1 (Basham) Us 2 (Constable, Midson)

UE: I lose my mind and buy a ST for next year. Ian Lenagan declares that all the profits from Wigan Warriors will be ploughed into #oufc but it turns out that he said it on April 1st just for a laugh. Wilder stops tinkering.
