Because it’s next year’s news, at the very earliest, if Water Eaton is to go ahead.

First thing is to have Oxford City Councl agree to housing on the Stadium, and for Uncle Firoz to say ‘ok then, if the price is right...’.

Then Cherwell (and their residents) have to agree to have the Stadium on their patch. Hmmm.

Then Oxford County Council have to be persuaded not to object to it on Highways grounds. This is the hardest bit. Especially as Hudspeth won’t be around and someone with some common sense will be in charge. Anyone notice a few problems with traffic in that part of the world?

Then you have to sort out the move without falling between two stools and having to play at CPF for x years.
