Seven days (from Friday) I believe (but knowing the Conference it could be anything from anytime).

It said in the Oxford Mail today that Stevenage and Mansfield voted to keep Chester in. Kelvin Thomas was taking the high moral ground.

Well there's this from the Altrincham site, or this from the Oxford Mail.

I can't vouch for either table's accuracy though.

Many thanks, boris.

I have to say that I like the Alty produced table, and in partic their forecasted final points total. Could a “big

So, are Stevenage top or not? I'm a bit confused as to when the Chester results will be expunged from the table and I'd like to NOT see Stevenage at the top of the table this evening.

Good York result today.

This is starting to do my head in - now we've got two Division V tables to look at again.

I just wish the bastards would sort it all out before the deadline for my book.

They won't.

Current table.

SB..... P34 Pts 72
Luton P36 Pts 70
OUFC P33 Pts 68

Table with successful Chester appeal.

SB..... P36 Pts 78
OUFC P35 Pts 74
Luton P38 Pts 72

Easy to see at least one reason why OUFC are one of the ten clubs who launched the appeal as it gets Luton a bit more out of the way and gives Us three points for not playing a game.

Knowing us we would find a way of drawing that one as well...

Standardised Rules
13.9 A Club which for any reason ceases to operate at any time during the Playing Season MAY {my emphasis} have its playing record expunged, and any monies due to them from the Company shall be forfeited. From the date of the withdrawal no further payment shall become due to them. From the date of the withdrawal, that Club shall cease to be a member of the Company.

Just to stir the pot a bit more, I had a look at the Conference Articles of Association to see if that had any comment, but they were silent on the matter. Interestingly they only allow for 22 members, and no-one appears to have updated this to 24.
