I hope to Christ we HAVEN'T signed Ozzy...I mean I wouldn't put it past Lord Wilder but I don't fancy his chances of passing random drug tests and I hear that Kelly was the talent of the family anyway, a no-nonsense centre-back in the Gary Briggs mould."recordmeister" wrote:UE: the new ozzy kid comes on and scores a hat-trick
Anyhoo...
Cotton Oxford 1-2 Doc Marten
Hall R. Robinson, Tozer.
6750 of whom 650 are to sorely disappointed if they think a new manager will see them become anything less than utter dross.
UE Chris Wilder's response to another poor result is to continue making loan signings of attacking players until finally the squad size is over 80 and the players start forgetting each other's names. Meanwhile on debut Matthew Fletcher demonstrates himself to be that rarest thing, a current Australian sportsman with a modicum of talent and balls - and so finds himself in the team at the MCG for the Boxing Day test.
(btw I also think 2-1 Oxford but thought I should choose something else)
