Seven days (from Friday) I believe (but knowing the Conference it could be anything from anytime)."Long John Silver" wrote:What's the deadline for any possible appeals to be submitted?

This is starting to do my head in - now we've got two Division V tables to look at again.

Re:
Current table.
SB..... P34 Pts 72
Luton P36 Pts 70
OUFC P33 Pts 68
Table with successful Chester appeal.
SB..... P36 Pts 78
OUFC P35 Pts 74
Luton P38 Pts 72
Easy to see at least one reason why OUFC are one of the ten clubs who launched the appeal as it gets Luton a bit more out of the way and gives Us three points for not playing a game.

Knowing us we would find a way of drawing that one as well..."Snake" wrote: and gives Us three points for not playing a game.
Standardised Rules
13.9 A Club which for any reason ceases to operate at any time during the Playing Season MAY {my emphasis} have its playing record expunged, and any monies due to them from the Company shall be forfeited. From the date of the withdrawal no further payment shall become due to them. From the date of the withdrawal, that Club shall cease to be a member of the Company.
Just to stir the pot a bit more, I had a look at the Conference Articles of Association to see if that had any comment, but they were silent on the matter. Interestingly they only allow for 22 members, and no-one appears to have updated this to 24.
