Sounds like we do have some money to spend somehow! http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/o/oxford_utd/7700427.stm Who would you take from that lot? Woodhouse, a gamble on Knight and Philips would be my shouts. I'd stay well clear of Burgess. I also have it on good authority that Levi Reid ...

Because EVERYTIME Murray takes them he floats the ball into the 'keeper's arms. Everytime. I'd have Carruthers on everyone, left and right, leaving Murray back to cover."Matt D" wrote:

Agreed. We deserved to win it with the chances we had (Constable, Haldane and obvious penalty most notably). It just makes it even more frustrating how poorly we defended for the first goal - how was he unmarked there? Then again we seemed to almost relax after going behind (or maybe it was Torquay ...

Re: 14 games in
A little run of good results would see us right back in contention I reckon. I was just thinking this today. If we get a little bit of luck with injuries etc and start to play more consistently we will climb the league v.quickly. Also if you look at the top teams - Crawley, Kettering, Histon - its ...

I have an idea for him but am unable to meet him face to face due to work commitments, if there is anyone who can meet him then they can take my idea along with them.
What is your idea?

Its a £100,000,000 euromillions draw tonight and it must be won (in that it won't roll over but will be shared amongst the next group down)! I've got my ticket and if we all get one one of us is sure to win! Should hopefully make enough to buy the stadium, bring back Dean Windass and keep Osbourne f...

Re: Reid.....more worrying signs about the club's finances..
Reid, who travels down from the midlands, could not afford the petrol to take part in the practice training sessions United had when they worked on the wingbacks system last week, otherwise he may have started ahead of Clarke at Ebbsfleet. (cut & paste from The Oxford Mail) This is the most ...

He wasn't great against Barrow but he hasn't even been on the bench since has he? I hope Patto hasn't been as ruthless as to release ...
